First Coast Capital prefers to get involved with a company well before the ownership is ready to exit.  We initially provide a general understanding of how private equity works and how to best prepare for a sale transaction.  After our initial consultation we will work directly with your company on the monthly reporting required to enable a smooth and successful transition.  Through this process we are able to gain an intimate knowledge of a business.   We can then create a detailed deal book to market your company for sale to a third party or directly acquire companies that meet the FCC criteria.  Upon acquisition our partnership will provide access to growth capital and the strategic acquisition leadership necessary to enable existing ownership to unlock value and execute on growth strategies.
